Good cheap strings. Took a while to break in however. June 24, 2010 K. Perry I like these strings for the price, and nice sound once broken in.
At first they sounded a little flat I thought... and took foooorrrrevvver to break in and stretch to avoid tune loss.
But they're good now. I would buy again.
Tinny Sounding strings June 10, 2010 Sammy N. Mastroianni These strings so far sound kind of tinny and don't sound as great as my old strings. Maybe they need a little time but as of now, not too happy with the sound that is coming from the strings. I probably won't buy these again unless they change my mind.
great strings don't have to be expensive. May 2, 2010 Mark Sickmiller (cincinnati) i have played acoustic guitar for 13 years and these are my favorite strings of all time. i'm on my fifth-straight set and they perform perfectly every time. i use them on a takamine. they do not corrode prematurely, i have never had one break, despite tuning up a whole step on occasion. these are quality, inexpensive strings and have my 100% recommendation.
Strings rust easy April 25, 2010 pogopogo These strings are cheap, but they lose that new, metallic sound almost immediately and turn to rust. Within about a week or two these strings sounded dull and had to be replaced. I regret not having spent some more on strings that would hold up a bit better. My fingers do sweat a bit, but I also wipe down the strings after playing. Just seemed like very low quality.
Great srtings for the money April 5, 2010 John Hartigan (New Jersey) Having broken my wrist as I originally go into playing the guitar, I purchased these strings to replace my old ones and they have been great.
